2. Create a priority TODO list

After breaking down the task give some time and analyze all small tasks and create a priority for each and every task and sort all tasks with priority and create a to-do list for all tasks.

There are a few priorities for creating a TODO list

  1. Highest
  2. High
  3. Medium
  4. Low
  5. Lowest

It will seem you need to complete the most important task first, but by collating your jobs and targets, you can efficiently manage your time, able to stay on track, and get the pressing tasks out of the way.

3. Keep your tasks in one place

If you use any tool for managing your task todo list, then your all tasks will be in one place but if you are not using any tool then make sure your all task on the same place.

4. Set time limit and deadlines

The most important part, after the creation of the priority TODO list, the time limit, and deadlines.

When you create your todo list set a time limit for small tasks and a deadline for all tasks. It will inspire you to complete tasks on time.

Research has shown that we work harder when we are aware of deadlines/time limits. And also when you done task on decided time limit, you will get motivated by yourself and also you get new energy for complete other task.

5. Start with a small task

Now you have decided on priority and time limit and it’s time to find out the task length, which task is how big? Choose your small task with priority is a fast and easy win, a quick hit of self-assurance to better situate oneself in the palace of productivity.

6. Focus on one task at a time

Whichever tasks you tackle first, you should only be focusing on one at a time. Because when you focus on multiple tasks at a time everything is merged so you can’t do your running task perfectly and also it will take longer than you planned.

Multitasking is a great way to accomplish many low-concentration tasks at one time, but there’s simply no application for it with high-attention work; any attempt to do so will rapidly drain your energy.
